国家地理的的INS图片-(2017-12-05 00:02:21)Photograph by @thomaspeschak Aerial photography is one of my passions, I love to lean out (tied into a safety harness) of helicopters and document the sheer exuberance of our planet from above. I have been fortunate to witness some incredibly scenes, but shooting a double rainbow over the D’Arros Island and St. Joseph Atoll in the Seychelles was a very special moment. This ring of islands was once commercially exploited for fish and coconuts, but today it is prized for its marine biodiversity and seabird colonies. Shot on assignment for @natgeo magazine for the March 2016 story “Return of the Seychelles” Follow @thomaspeschak for more bird’s eye views of our oceans.

吴彦祖的的INS图片-(2019-04-22 11:15:07)We are coming to a close on the #finalseason of #intothebadlands. So I will be posting a bunch of behind the scenes cast and crew photos. The action team met here at Yank Sing for dim sum every Sunday. Look at this wonderfully diverse group of faces! These stunt performers literally put their bodies and sometimes lives on the line for this show and the amazing action couldn’t have happened with their skills. I am not talking about regular stunt people who could just take a fall. These are all expert martial artists each with their own individual skill set that we utilized to the fullest on the show. I’m gonna miss these guys but I am determined to get the band back together on some project in the future! #TeamBadlands is the best! Thank you guys for your hard work and determination! Love you always!

I love the birch forest growing along the Scandinavian treeline as it changes it's face rapidly in the dramatic winter weather. Snow can come from all directions, one day falling lightly like white feathers from the sky, the next hitting your face like small needles in wild winds traveling parallel to the ground. Sometimes the snow lays like a thick carpet on the branches of the trees or covers the upright stems, creating a ghost forest. Occasionally it rains too, which then freezes immediately in close-to-zero temperatures, and the tinkling sound of the crackling ice suddenly fills the seemingly dead forest with life. These scenes and sounds surrounded me every morning and evening earlier this winter, while passing the forest on my way up to the mountains of the Swedish Sarek National Park, photographing reindeer and ptarmigan. Our longterm project in this area will soon come to an end—this trip was one of the last ones p

Dinnertime!! A giant lioness gets dinner with another for her pride in South Africa.
A century ago there were an estimated 200,000 lions in Africa - but today less than 20,000.

We need to WAKE UP and protect these amazing cats, their homes and all the other animals that live with them.
Much of the truly wild areas of Africa are gone - but we can bring it back and let the ecosystems return to what they once were.
If we care to protect the heritage of the earth - the scenes of herds of prey and predators for future generations and our future.
As the forests and grasslands in which these creatures roam provide us with 50 % of the oxygen we all need to breathe.
I love to strap on a tank and explore the world’s under the sea - but would not want to wear one while walking on land.

75% of fresh water comes from forests and grasslands - so if we protect the forests of the world we have our precious water.
Please watch a South African film on ca
