吴彦祖的的INS图片-(2020-04-05 06:50:06)My Mom used to buy exercise equipment mail order and then after about ten times, never use them again. We had an exercise bike, thigh master, ab roller to name a few. Apparently I do that too. Been doing some spring cleaning and found these in a drawer today. The spiky thing is a sleep induction mat. It’s got thousands of little plastic spikes that hit acupressure points and is supposed to help you sleep. I tried it once for 30 seconds and never used it again. This time I endured the first two minutes and then made it to 15. It hurts like a MF at first then after two minutes you don’t feel it. I’m interested to see how I sleep. The other thing is a psoas release device. What is a psoas? Look it up. I did not know about it until about 4 years ago. You lay on top of it as it stretches your psoas also moan out loud painful but the release is blissful especially if you have lower back pain. #springcleaning #equipmenthoarder
